Gluten-free Blueberry Dumpcake
Ingredients:

Filling:
1 cup oats (certified gluten-free)
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup packed almond flour
1/2 cup sliced almonds
7 Tbsp melted butter
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups apples
2 cups blueberries
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp lemon zest
2 Tbsp lemon juice
6 Tbsp almond flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Mix the filling ingredients directly in a 9" x 6" baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix the topping ingredients together. Cover the fruit mixture with the topping and spread evenly. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
