Adrian’s exposure to regenerative growing began when he was 8 years old assisting his mom on their homestead farm as a part of homeschooling. While he did not enjoy being stuck behind a desk, Adrian thrived at hands-on tasks and using his engineering brain to make tasks simpler to complete. He joined the Farm as a volunteer and helped the Farm store obtain USDA certification when he was just 17. After taking a year off for construction work, he returned to become the Farm Manager at 19.
